Founded in 2001, our mission is to provide our members with a focal point resource for information and education on recruitment and retention practices. Additionally, we strive to advance the knowledge, proficiency, and effectiveness of Human Resource professionals, thereby enabling them to become recognized as strategic partners within their organizations.
